1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeaconWave, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

BeaconWave is a Bluetooth utility app that allows users to:

• Register and manage iBeacon configurations (UUID, Major, Minor values)
• Scan for iBeacon and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices in range
• Broadcast your device as an iBeacon for testing and development purposes

The App is intended for developers, engineers, and technically proficient users working with Bluetooth beacon technology.

3. Permitted Use

You may use BeaconWave for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Developing and testing beacon-based applications
• Verifying beacon installations in retail, office, or other environments where you have authorization
• Educational exploration of Bluetooth technology

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BeaconWave to:

• Transmit Bluetooth signals in any way that interferes with other devices, networks, or systems in violation of applicable law
• Impersonate or spoof beacon signals in environments you do not own or have explicit permission to use
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations, including those governing wireless communications and radio frequency transmissions
• Use the App for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others
